Applying through the UCAS process can be a tricky business. During the 1:1 Interview, you'll have the opportunity to talk through your personal statement with a member of our team, as well as discussing other aspects of the application process. However within a half-hour interview it isn't always possible to cover all the topics that might be relevant, therefore we've collected some additional information online.
What admissions tutors say about personal statements and university interviews
Aware that myths sometimes grow up sruounding personal statements ('you need to put S4 work experience up front...') and university interviews ('they'll throw you a rugby ball when you enter the interview room to test your ability to think on your feet...'), we decided to go straight to the experts by interviewing admissions tutors - i.e. the experts - on what they are looking for in an applicant.
